Refund policy
We allow up to 28 days from the date you order your MexiDulce to request a return. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, products must be returned unopened and untouched in order to qualify for a return or refund. We’ve kept our prices low so you can try without splashing out – but if you do try, we can’t take it back!

Return postage is your responsibility. When we receive the returned product we will process a refund or replacement as soon as possible. Please note that we do not refund delivery costs.
On the rare occasion of the product not being as described, your rights are obviously unaffected by this policy.
